Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

We accept returns for new and unworn items within 15 days of your delivery date for either a refund or exchange.

Please note: We are unable to cover any shipping costs for return/exchange, unless the it is due to a defective item.

Refund Policy:

Refund will be processed within 7 business days and we will get back to you if you contact us at hellomiameilleur@gmail.com with your details. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note: If tracking shows that the item was delivered, we do not issue refund. However, we may be able to offer a replacement depending on the situation.
